Our Mission & Vision
The National Project for Localizing Hydroponic and Aeroponic Agriculture and Combating Desertification is a pioneering initiative aimed at creating a qualitative leap in Syrian agriculture.
We work to enhance food security, challenge water scarcity, and empower local cadres with the latest sustainable agricultural technologies
The mission of the National Project for Localizing Hydroponic and Aeroponic Agriculture and Combating Desertification is to bring about a radical transformation in the Syrian agricultural landscape.
We seek to achieve food security by disseminating highly efficient sustainable agricultural technologies, and we contribute to combating desertification by reducing pressure on traditional lands.
Our vision is a green and prosperous Syria, where every citizen has access to healthy and sustainable food.
We envision self-sufficient local agricultural communities, supported by innovation and knowledge, and resilient to climate challenges.

The Challenge: The Reality of Agriculture in Syria
Syria has long been the food basket of the region, but decades of desertification, climate change, and water scarcity, in addition to current circumstances, have significantly impacted the agricultural sector and threaten the food security of millions of Syrians.
Traditional agricultural lands face increasing degradation, and scarce water sources are under immense pressure, limiting farmers’ ability to secure sustainable income and produce sufficient crops. These challenges demand innovative and sustainable solutions.

Our Solutions: Hydroponic and Aeroponic Agriculture
To address these challenges, our project adopts pioneering hydroponic and aeroponic technologies.
These systems do not require soil, consume very little water, and allow crops to be cultivated very efficiently almost anywhere.
